Celtic Christmas & Castle Sampler WIPs
Here is Celtic Christmas, (click for larger image) not looking nearly so bad as she does in real life .... although she does look like she's got a white beard....
and Castle Sampler. The border is easy!! I never thought I'd hear myself using the word easy in description of anything by Teresa Wentzler...

I think your Celtic Noel looks gorgeous and I can't see anything wrong with your stitching. I have trouble with metallics too and have changed from the brand I got with Celtic Autumn to a Kreinik no 4 fine braid instead. It's a bit thicker but only one strand - I like it :o)
How weird - my email just beeped at me and when I looked it was a comment on my blog from you .... spooky lol

I agree with Karen! I think it is beautiful! i don't see anything wrong with Celtic noel at all! don't get stressed, remmebr, this is a hobby, it is supposed to be relaxing, if it drains you set it down and come back to it, i know sometimes that helps me, and you get to see it afresh when you set it down for a bit! but i think they both are beautiful! -Joy-

These are both gorgeous! I do hope you have gotten your spirts back up about your stitching :-)

Another one who loves your stitching! I think we are all guilty of being critical of our own stitching. I always take a step back and look at my stitching from a distance and find that makes a big difference.

It's a silly thing really Julianna - picked it up from needlework bulletin boards - HD means Happy Dance, as in doing a happy dance that a project is finished :-)
